Job Description

Purpose of the Position:

To provide technical expertise and support for NCL Tile Adhesives, ensuring correct application, resolving quality issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of a Technical Engineer for NCL Tile Adhesives
Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding product application and

Performance

Investigate quality issues or customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions .
Conduct site visits to ensure the correct application of Tile adhesives.
Good leadership and communication skills.

Desired Profile:

Experience Required: 3 6 years
Qualification: B. tech- Civil / M. tech Civil /Civil Engineering
Should have knowledge on Cementatious products spl in Tile adhesive if experienced.
The candidate should be good at Communication, Decision Making, Problem Solving

And Time Management.
