About Us
Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing advanced solar power systems and sustainable energy solutions across Kerala. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Engineer with an Electronics background to join our growing technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Handle wiring, inverter setup, and electrical connections as per standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in solar PV systems and electronic components.
• Perform testing, maintenance, and quality inspections of installed systems.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical support and training to field teams and clients when required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in solar, electrical, or electronics-related industries preferred .
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20000 per month (based on experience and skillset).
