As a Technical Engineer at Spectrum Solar Power, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the design, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems. - Conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments. - Handling wiring, inverter setup, and electrical connections following standards. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in solar PV systems and electronic components. - Performing testing, maintenance, and quality inspections of installed systems. - Preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation. - Coordinating with project, service, and operations teams for smooth execution. - Providing technical support and training to field teams and clients as needed. To excel in this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in solar, electrical, or electronics-related industries preferred. - Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
