Technical Engineer

As a Technical/Installation Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on the installation and servicing of IoT controllers tailored for Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing IoT controllers at customer sites with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring seamless connectivity. - Performing regular maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to uphold optimal performance standards. - Addressing technical issues promptly and offering effective solutions to minimize operational downtime. - Collaborating closely with the technical support team to resolve customer inquiries and address concerns. - Providing on-site training and assistance to customers in operating IoT controllers. - Accurately documenting all installation and service activities. Qualifications required for this role: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in technical installations and servicing. - Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Readiness to travel to customer locations as necessary.
