Responsibilities
Review and Edit Technical Documents: Scrutinize a wide range of technical documents, including project proposals, engineering specifications, design drawings, user manuals, and technical reports. Ensure documents are free of grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
Verify Quotation Accuracy: Check all aspects of customer quotations, including pricing, part numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and terms and conditions, to guarantee they align with company standards and project requirements.
Ensure Technical Coherence: Confirm that all information within documents and quotations is technically sound and consistent. This involves cross-referencing information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, and project management teams to clarify technical details and correct any discrepancies found during the review process.
Standardize Documentation: Help maintain and improve our documentation standards and templates to ensure consistency across all projects and communications.
Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to document creators to help them improve the quality of their work and reduce future errors.
