- Documentation Creation : Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation including manuals, guides, and references for products, services, or processes.- Standardization and Formatting : Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established style guides or templates in all technical documentation, maintaining a standardized and professional appearance.- Content Review and Updates : Regularly review, update, and revise existing technical documentation to reflect changes in products, updates, or enhancements, ensuring information remains current and relevant.- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, and stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical details, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.- Accessibility and User-Friendliness : Optimize documentation for accessibility and ease of use, considering the audience's technical proficiency level and ensuring information is presented in an easily understandable manner.Certification : Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification & Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)
