Role Overview

• Lead and oversee software development for TNS Payment Markets Division (APAC region).
• Responsible for development, improvement, deployment, and support of Accept & Orchestrate product portfolios.
• Manage teams across Payment Orchestration, Payment Gateway, Parking Solutions, Terminal Development, and Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: Instill delivery-focused, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
• Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage engineering teams; recruit and retain top talent.
• Product Development: Oversee full SDLC, ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Collaboration: Work with Product, QA, Ops, Security, DevOps, and customers to align priorities.
• Technology Strategy: Define architecture, ensure scalability, security, manage technical debt, and adopt agile/DevOps practices.
• Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs, optimize costs, manage budgets, outsourcing, and ensure compliance/security.
• Strategic Value: Drive regional software vision aligned with company goals, supporting revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
• Communication & Influence: Represent company at industry forums; collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in software development.
• 5+ years managing small to large teams.
• Proven leadership, performance management, and adaptability.
• Strong expertise in payments domain (mandatory).
• Results-driven with experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Offshore team management experience
• Small to large team management, small to large project management and process management experience
• Development experience (Java, C++ languages)
