Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager at Barclays, your primary responsibility will be to support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects within plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. Additionally, valued skills may include proficiency in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology-related technical skills. The role is based in Pune and aims to manage change projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring timely, within budget, controlled, and compliant delivery in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing change projects to ensure on-time, within scope and budget delivery meeting quality standards. - Developing and overseeing project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. - Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address their needs. - Leading project teams, managing resources and ensuring expertise alignment with project objectives. - Monitoring project budgets and preparing progress reports. - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. - Facilitating change management activities, including training and communication for successful implementation and integration.
