Technical Delivery Lead

As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery of innovative projects within the Autonomous Networks domain. Collaborating closely with Central Delivery Services, Central Care services, and Project Management teams, you'll drive project success from pre-sales through to operations handover. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Lead the technical delivery strategy for the Autonomous Networks domain, ensuring alignment with project scopes, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end project responsibilities, from pre-sales engagement to delivery and transition to operations.
• Oversee risk management and cost control for software upgrade deliveries within the Autonomous Networks scope.
• Collaborate with Central Delivery Services and Care teams to effectively project resource demand and capacity planning.
• Evaluate and approve changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements, maintaining clear communication on impacts.
• Support the pre-sales team in proposing service offerings and optimizing costs for non-blueprint solutions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
• Proficient in software development, integration services, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of Digital Operations (OSS, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Assurance ), Analytics & Security architecture
• Experience in cost control and budgeting
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating with development teams
• Software lifecycle management.
