Job Description

Role: Technical Delivery Lead Mobile Banking Experience: 10-13 years (5-8 years relevant) Location: Airoli (Onsite) Role Type: Hybrid Engineering Lead & Agile Delivery Owner Lead Agile squads delivering BFSI-grade mobile banking apps. Ensurehigh uptime, compliance, and speed-to-market. Focus on TCO, delivery velocity, and end-user NPS.

Key Responsibilities

In-depth understanding of Mobile Banking ecosystems and Finacle. Own engineering backlog, tech planning, sprint cadence, and risk management. Combine hands-on technical leadership (code/architecture reviews) with PM duties. Manage cross-functional dependencies (Dev, QA, DevOps, backend/API teams). Handle regulatory/compliance deliverables in releases. Forecast team capacity, manage delivery gates, and ensure Go-Live discipline. Lead sprint planning and risk mitigation initiatives.

Core Requirements

Delivered 3+ end-to-end BFSI mobile apps. Strong experience in Agile/SAFe frameworks, Jira, Confluence. Familiar with cross-platform tech: Kotlin, Swift, REST APIs. Skilled in stakeholder management (Tech, Business, Compliance)
