Technical Delivery Lead

Additionally, familiarity with databases (Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL) and excellent communication skills are essential. Highly valued skills that may enhance your candidacy include proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), frontend technology frameworks (React/Node JS), and RESTful APIs. In this role based out of Pune, your primary purpose will be to efficiently manage the delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements. Some key accountabilities of the role include: - Managing the delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Collaborating with customers and business teams to implement customer trials and propose technically feasible solutions. - Working with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the bank's objectives and security policies. - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with technical projects to prepare for potential challenges. - Managing change requests and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Overseeing vendor relations to ensure they deliver according to agreed terms. - Staying updated on industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches for improved delivery outcomes.
