Drive Agile squads focused on BFSI-grade mobile banking experiences, ensuring uptime, compliance, and speed-to-market. Think TCO, velocity, and end-user NPS. Key Responsibilities: Should understand Mobile Banking ecosystem and knows Finacle Own the engineering backlog, tech planning, sprint cadences, and risk management. Balance hands-on technical leadership (code/architecture reviews) with PM accountability. Manage dependencies across mobile Devs, QA, DevOps, backend API teams. Serve as the point of contact for regulatory and compliance deliverables within releases. Forecast capacity, plan delivery gates, and maintain Go-Live hygiene. Sprint Planning & Risk Mitigation planning Core Responsibilities: Experience delivering 3+ BFSI mobile apps E2E. Strong exposure to Agile/SAFe, Jira, Confluence. Cross-platform tech familiarity (Kotlin, Swift, REST APIs). Ability to drive stakeholder meetings across tech, business, and compliance.
