Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly support via voice, email, and chat
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of queries
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate
  (Postgraduate freshers are not eligible)
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  
• Basic technical understanding preferred but not mandatory
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
