Duration: 12 months with possible extension Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Timings: Night Shift - 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required) Benefits: (A) Free Dinner (B) Subsidised Cab facility for coming to office for Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) (C) Free Cab facility for going home from office for Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) In this role, you will: Support the team to define & agree on the project plan, scope, timelines & dependencies for implementation. When working with specific a/c, benchmark practices/focus areas against other players in that space. Generate and share required reports (as per RASCI matrix) with relevant stakeholders. Ensure aligned team members are meeting compliance mandates. Drive resource utilization, cross-collaboration and competency development within the team. On a need basis, oversee & manage on-the-job performance of aligned team members. Required Expertise: 2+ years relevant experience of leading a diverse team of customer success managers/content developers/instructional designers / technical writers / marketers / software engineers /business analysts and a overall minimum of 8 years of IT Industry experience. Ability to quickly learn product functionality and SaaS ecosystem. Ability to build relationships with Global stakeholders and work in a fast paced environment with moderate supervision. Lead with empathy, nurture diversity and inclusion. Experience working in diverse cultures and practices across geographies. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an great advantage. Preferred Skills: Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. Experience working in B2B SaaS product companies. Understand the purpose of various customer IT and business applications, processes and user persona. Worked in any of the following industries - IT/ITES /Healthcare/BFSI/ Manufacturing/FMCG/ Oil and Gas among others. Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage.
