Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, accurate, and engaging technical content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website content, solution briefs, and customer success stories.
• Translate complex topics across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, and DevOps into simple, easy-to-understand content.
• Work closely with technical teams to gather information, understand service capabilities, and convert them into compelling narratives.
• Create SEO-optimized content to improve online visibility and engagement.
• Assist in preparing presentations, product documentation, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, language, and messaging across all communication.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and evolving cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills..
• Ability to convert technical information into user-friendly, engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
