Your written materials will include user manuals, API documentation, white papers, and online help guides. The ideal candidate will have a knack for translating intricate technical details into user-friendly content that is accessible to various audiences. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines. As a key member of our communication team, you will play an essential role in enhancing our brand's credibility and supporting our customers’ success by providing them with the information they need to utilize our products effectively. Responsibilities

• Research and gather information from various sources to produce high-quality technical content.
• Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and online help guides.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to understand product features and functionalities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain style guides and best practices for content creation.
• Conduct usability testing on documentation to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-oriented industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment and an ability to work independently as necessary.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
