Technical Content Writer and Quality Tester (only MA English)

We are looking for Technical Content Writer and Content Quality Analyst.

Key Requirements of the Candidates

• Qualification: MA English
• Schooling completed in CBSC or Anglo-Indian school
• Teaching Experience or Content Writing Experience is must

Below is the responsibilities for Quality Tester

Key Responsibilities

1. Review the written content in the course for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and content inconsistency in accordance with the THORS writers standards.
2. Review the images, animations, and equations in the course for consistency and uniformity to adhere to the THORS graphics standards.
3. Check the course layout for functionality, content alignment, consistency in close captioning, and scoring errors to adhere to the THORS layout standards.
4. Compare master document contents with the course contents to check for uniformity in the content.
5. Check the functionality of the course across multiple browsers and devices.
6. Manage multiple projects and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.

Other Responsibilities

• Keep accurate record of time
• Be flexible and work as a team player to jump into other projects as needed
• Be able to take constructive criticism well
• Be able to make multiple changes when requested and willing to learn
• Work quickly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field
• Speak and write fluent American English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent grammar skills
• Must be able to understand technical material and develop layperson-friendly, original content
• Must be able to maintain consistency across all parts of the provided content
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
