Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Content Writer with 1-2 years of experience to create engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand technical content. You will work closely with our teams to produce blogs, documentation, and other technical materials that help users understand our products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality technical content such as blogs, articles, product descriptions, how-to guides, and documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and simple language for different audiences.
• Conduct research on technical topics related to our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, structuring, and metadata creation.
• Update and maintain existing documentation and blog content based on product changes or new features.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical content writing or technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of IT/software concepts (SaaS, APIs, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, or similar customizable).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Ability to conduct in-depth technical research and simplify complex topics.
