Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant. Must have strong requirements gathering experience. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Excellent written and oral communication skills.
