• Advanced Reporting

• EIBs

• Calculated Fields

• Design and implement business process configurations and enhancements.
• Lead or support

  onboarding

  recruitment

  business processes.
• Participate in

  Talent Review

  testing and rollout.
• Analyze Workday

  release updates

  and assess impact on existing configurations.
• Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering, design reviews, and finalizing configurations.
• Develop and maintain

• Support

• Guide business and functional users on best practices and system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in the

• Strong understanding of
