Job Description

As an ITSM and Integration - Technical Consultant at the organization, your role will involve implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly focusing on ITSM and 3rd party integrations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading ServiceNow engagements from start to finish - Providing hands-on design and development expertise for ServiceNow solutions - Collaborating with architects, SMEs, and process consultants for end-to-end implementations - Configuring and building integrations with various 3rd party applications like SCCM, SCOM, SAP, and Workday - Developing enhancements on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, specifically for ITSM and ITOM modules - Identifying business problems/opportunities and defining appropriate technical solutions within constraints - Communicating technical issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Consulting with business analysts and project managers to devise suitable technical solutions - Documenting and obtaining approvals for selected solutions - Contributing to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow - Coaching and advising other developers Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience - Proficiency in customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITSM, and custom apps - Experience in developing technical design documents and solutions from business requirements - Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID server setup - Expertise in implementing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API - Track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems - Involvement in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant - Strong requirements gathering skills - Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages - Understanding of ITIL practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills and Certifications: - ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and ITOM product lines - ITIL v3 certification - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent presentation development and customer presentation skills - Proven experience in teamwork and leadership - Top 3 skills - ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, SOAP and REST protocols (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
