Role Overview :

Maximo Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Maximo implementation, upgrade, and customization projects.
• Perform MBO customization, automation scripting, interface development, and BIRT report creation.
• Provide technical solutions and guidance to the Maximo team, ensuring project success.
• Engage in Maximo technical presales activities, including solution design and client presentations.
• Manage installation and configuration of MAS 8.x, including SNO installation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored Maximo solutions.
• Conduct SQL query analysis and generate ad hoc reports.
• Develop and integrate Maximo interfaces using Web Services and REST APIs.
• Ensure smooth upgrades to Maximo 7.5, 7.6, and MAS 8.x/9.x versions, including Predict, Monitor, and VI modules.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for project delivery and client engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1215 years of overall IT experience.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Maximo Implementation and Upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo 7.5, 7.6, MAS 8.x/9.x.
• Expertise in Maximo customization using automation scripts, Java class file extensions, and bean class extensions.
• Experience with MAS 8.x installation and SNO setup.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3–4 Maximo projects (implementation/upgrade/interfaces).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maximo presales activities.
• Strong SQL skills for query analysis and reporting.
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
