Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing D365 modules and workflows. You will also be tasked with building and automating processes using Power Automate/Flows. Additionally, your role will involve developing UI with Canvas Apps & MVC architecture and integrating/deploying solutions across environments. Your primary responsibility will include taking notes of action items and tracking them to closure. You should have experience in configuring and customizing D365 Field Service for efficient work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce support. It is essential to be proficient in implementing D365 CE modules to enhance sales, customer service, and marketing operations. You should also be skilled in building automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes across various platforms. A good understanding of the MVC architecture and experience in developing Canvas Apps for creating intuitive, user-friendly business applications will be beneficial for this role.,
