Job Description

Enterprise Mobility Suite

Will manage Enterprise Mobility Suite and O365 Microsofts cloud strategy, Azure Intune delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Intune Management:

  • Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune configurations and deployments.
  • Implement and manage Intune policies for device compliance, security, and updates.

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

  • Support the deployment and management of mobile devices across the organization.
  • Enforce MDM policies and ensure device security and compliance.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for mobile device issues.

Conditional Access:

  • Implement and manage Conditional Access policies to ensure secure access to corporate resources.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Conditional Access issues and ensure policy compliance.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure devices and applications comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Regularly review compliance reports and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in auditing and reporting on compliance status.

App Protection Policies:

  • Configure and manage app protection policies to secure corporate data on personal and corporate devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app protection and data leakage.

Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR):

  • Implement and manage SSPR for users to securely reset their passwords.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SSPR issues.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access policies and implementation.
  • Understanding of compliance management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with app protection policies and data security.
  • Experience with Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
