Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Retail (Data Optional) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Experience: 6–10 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in the Retail domain to join our growing team. In this role, you will work as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, a product-oriented approach, and the ability to work across teams to drive meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with retail stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and insights. Facilitate business analysis activities including problem identification, process mapping, and defect analysis. Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes (Data experience preferred but optional). Work with APIs and integration tools to enable seamless data flow across systems. Execute SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs. Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and business performance. Use a product mindset to propose data or process solutions that improve retail operations and customer experience. Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization. 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the Retail or E-commerce domain (mandatory). Experience in building data pipelines and handling large datasets (preferred). Strong proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools. Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization. Understanding of cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS S3 is an advantage. Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
