Job Description

Technical Business Analyst

MCS is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst with minimum of 2 Years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle related to business analysis and systems design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating stakeholder needs and business requirements.
Perform impact and gap analysis to identify system enhancements or process improvements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software/System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Scope of Work (SoW) documents, Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guides, and Client Training materials.
Generate detailed Use Cases to capture and analyze system functionalities and requirements.
Design and document workflow processes and deployment architectures.
Prepare Test Case Documents, reporting sheets, and trackers.
Create wireframes to visualize user interfaces and system interactions.
Develop detailed test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of system functionalities.
Conduct manual testing and perform functional, usability, unit, and integration testing.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure successful system validation.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science or Business Administration).
Proven experience of 1-2 years in system analysis/design, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
