The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in defining project scope, analyzing business

requirements, and managing key project elements such as timelines, resources, and stakeholders (internal users, BPCL, and third parties). The primary focus is on ensuring successful delivery of projects that meet organizational goals while bridging the gap

between business and technical teams. The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting requirements, creating user stories, defining test conditions, and ensuring the overall functionality of the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams at BPCL, ensuring clear communication of business requirements to the technical team.
• Document business and technical requirements comprehensively to ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Create and refine user stories and process flow diagrams to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
• Define test conditions to validate the quality and development of the application.
• Demonstrate application functionalities to key business users, ensuring they meet the defined business requirements.
• Conduct interdependency analysis and assess the impact of new solutions on other business processes.
