Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role combines analytical responsibilities with the creation of clear, user-focused documentation that supports product understanding, internal processes, and customer enablement. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows. Work closely with developers, engineers, and product teams to ensure solution alignment. Create clear, accurate materials such as user guides, process manuals, FAQs, and system documentation. Simplify technical concepts for non-technical users and stakeholders. Research technologies and industry trends to ensure up-to-date content and recommendations. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and structure in all project-related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication with product and business goals. Manage multiple priorities and deliverables across fast-paced projects. Support project planning, implementation, and performance tracking.
