• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
• 5+ years working with AI/ML projects in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to define and document functional requirements for AI-based systems.
• Strong understanding of Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Responsible AI dashboard).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles, model risk management, and explainability tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
