Job Description

As a Technical Authority Expert at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in our Managed Services department, contributing directly to the Ericsson Operations Engine projects. Your specialist knowledge will guide the entire lifecycle of projects, from Create to Sustain and Evolve stages. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, paving the way forward in your domain. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24x7 incident support, including night shifts throughout the year - Perform troubleshooting, defect testing, and deployment in LAB & Production environments - Monitor, report, and conduct health checks - Collaborate effectively with T3, Project, and Development teams - Handle customer requirements and network changes Qualifications Required: - VAS domain knowledge - Proficiency in Unix/Linux, Java, SOAP/REST, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Splunk, AppD, JMeter, and SQLDeveloper - Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and heap dumps - Excellent communication and self-motivation Join our team now and be a part of the exciting journey towards tech-driven change at Ericsson.,
