Job Description

assists in research, product development, and quality control related to paints and coatings

Research and Development:
Conducts experiments, analyzes data, and contributes to the development of new paint products and formulations.
Product Testing:
Performs quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established standards.
Troubleshooting:
Investigates and resolves technical issues related to paint application, performance, or quality.
Documentation:
Maintains accurate records of experiments, test results, and other relevant data.
Collaboration:
Works closely with other team members, including researchers, chemists, and production personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, conducting experiments, and analyzing data.
Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
