Job Description

  • Operate various tablet compression machines (e.g., Fette, Korsch, Cadmach, Sejong, etc.) as per approved e-BMRs and SOPs.
  • Set up machines by installing tooling, adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed, pressure, weight), and ensuring proper alignment.
  • Monitor the compression process, adjusting parameters to maintain tablet quality, weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance.
  • Perform in-process checks and document results, ensuring tablets meet all quality specifications.
  • Record all production-related activities accurately in batch records, e-logbooks, and other documents.
  • Clean and dismantle machines before and after production runs, following cleaning SOPs and ensuring line clearance.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, line clearance, and in-process testing approvals.
  • Identify equipment malfunctions or process deviations and report them promptly to the supervisor or engineering team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the compression area according to GMP requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols
