Strong understanding of integrated steel plant and mining operations
Proven ability in data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboard preparation (Excel/Power BI)
Experience in project monitoring, EPC coordination and vendor evaluation
Strong skills in documentation, note preparation, action tracking and RCA support
Exposure to compliance, safety and regulatory coordination
Excellent communication, coordination, confidentiality and follow-up discipline
Flexibility to travel and perform in a high-responsibility environment
B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical / Mining / Production / Industrial Engineering
MBA (Operations/Strategy/Analytics) preferred
