Job Description

About Company:

  • Have strong business acumen and capability of implementing ERP as a project.


  • Provide technical and analytical support to the Director for decision-making.


  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.


  • Coordinate with departments to collect data, track progress, and follow up on key initiatives.


  • Assist in reviewing operational and technical performance metrics.


  • Conduct research on industry trends, new technologies, and process improvements.


  • Draft technical notes, proposals, and policy briefs for the Director.


  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions.


  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


  • Support the Director in special projects, audits, and reviews.


  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between the Directors office and other stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools like Power Bi, SQL etc.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Effective presentability and interpersonal skills.


  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.


  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering / Graduation in Finance.


  • 45 years of experience working with Senior Management in Business Strategy & Operations.


  • Exposure to Automotive domain preferred.


  • Strong skills in data analysis and presentations.


  • Experience in supporting senior leadership or CXOs.
