Technical assistant ( Solar )

0–3 years (Experience in solar, battery, inverter, or renewable energy preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the technical team in in-house testing, monitoring, and documentation of renewable energy products (solar panels, batteries, inverters, chargers, etc.).

* Perform basic wiring, assembly, and quality checks of equipment.

* Maintain inventory of technical materials and coordinate with the store/operations team.

* Prepare and update reports, test results, checklists, and service records.

* Assist in packing, configuring, and dispatching technical components for customer orders or service calls.

* Coordinate with the sales/service team for technical clarifications.

* Ensure all work follows safety standards and quality guidelines

Skills Required

* Basic knowledge of solar systems, inverters, UPS, and batteries (lead-acid/lithium).

* Good understanding of electrical connections and tools (multimeter, tester, crimping tools).

* Ability to read simple technical drawings or wiring diagrams.* Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.* Ability to work well in a team and handle in-house technical operations.
