Job Description

To plan daily compression activity per norms of cGMP. To supervise cleaning and compression activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block. To carry out in process checks during manufacturing activities. To arrange batches as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform manufacturing operation. To maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement and confirm in SAP. To coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time. To carry out proper line clearance procedure and follow SOPs To ensure discipline from workers and get systematic work to improve quality. To Comply cGMP and other regulatory requirement during manufacturing process. To ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing activity. To Follow Quality guideline and train workmen accordingly. To compliance of cGMP and Regulatory requirements and To ensure compliance to audit observations (Internal / External Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities and special assignment given by seniors
