Role Overview: As an experienced professional in the Consumer Durables (Kitchen Appliances) industry, you will be responsible for various key tasks and interactions within the company. Your role will involve: - Answering customer inquiries through phone, email, or online platforms - Resolving equipment or service-related issues for customers - Drafting correspondence to assign technical tasks to other team members - Assisting technicians in the repair of products - Conducting root-cause analysis to address issues effectively - Ensuring high-quality and timely customer service delivery - Contributing to the knowledge management process for continuous improvement - Collaborating with internal teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in computer operations - Strong organizational abilities - Excellent communication skills for effective interactions - Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Background in the Kitchen Appliances industry Please note that individuals with experience in Hardware, networking, or IT Support profiles are not suitable for this position.
