Job Title: Solution Architect / Technical Architect

Job type: Fulltime

Shift timings : 3 pm IST to 12 am IST

Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop

  end-to-end pharmacy applications, ensuring seamless integration between

  frontend, middleware, and backend systems

  .

• Frontend Development:

  Build responsive and intuitive

  React applications

  for pharmacy management systems, patient portals, and internal dashboards.

• Middleware & API Development:

  Develop scalable

  RESTful APIs and event-driven services

  using

  Python (Fast API, Flask, or Django) and Java (Spring Boot)

  .

• Backend Development:

  Design and optimize

  scalable, high-performance databases

  , leveraging

  RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.)

  .

• AWS Cloud Architecture:

  Utilize

  AWS services

  (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS) gto build cloud-native applications.

• Data Management & Security:

  Implement

  HIPAA-compliant

  security and data-handling measures for sensitive pharmacy and patient data.

• Integration & Interoperability:

  Connect applications with

  pharmacy management systems (e.g., PioneerRx, Cerner, First Data Bank)

  and external healthcare APIs (FHIR, HL7).

• Performance Optimization:

  Enhance application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

• Technical Leadership:

  Guide developers, review code, and ensure best practices for

  CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices architecture

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of experience in software architecture and development.

• Strong frontend expertise

  with

  React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, TailwindCSS)

  .

• Proficiency in backend development

  using

  Python (Fast API, Flask, or Django) and Java (Spring Boot)

  .

• Deep understanding of database technologies

  (SQL & NoSQL) and experience with

  query optimization and schema design

  .

• Cloud-native application development

  experience on

  AWS

  (Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).

• Strong API design experience

  , including

  REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures

  .

• Knowledge of DevOps tools

  such as

  Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes

  .

• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy-related applications

  with knowledge of

  compliance standards (HIPAA, FDA, EHR integration)

  .

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

  to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions)

  .
• Familiarity with

  message queues (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)

  .
• Prior experience integrating with

  pharmacy management platforms (PioneerRx, Cerner, First Data Bank, etc.)

  .
• Knowledge of

  AI/ML applications

  in pharmacy and healthcare analytics.
