Technical Architect

As a Salesforce Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. You will be developing and maintaining technical design documents and solution blueprints while defining and enforcing Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols. Your technical leadership skills will be crucial as you provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. - Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, overseeing data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features. - Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and stay current with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies. - Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and serve as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues. - Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing monitoring and reporting mechanisms. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. - Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, implementation, and integration. - Strong understanding of coding best practices, security protocols, and Salesforce development standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators. - Proficiency in conducting code reviews, ensuring quality adherence, and staying updated with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies. - Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Prior experience in data migration, integration, testing, and validation processes. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.,
