Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Document and validate customers requirements and map to NextGen functionality.Creating a system blueprint and dataflow diagram for each projectConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution for productionAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practicesBe a "go-to" resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external usersSQL scripting to meet customer needsDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeContribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis, and respond to questionsParticipate in Continuing Education sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseEducation Required:Bachelor's Degree Or any combination of education and experience would provide the required qualifications for the position.Experience:Required:10+ years of experience in healthcare IT in a technical role -- preferably with enterprise solutions.Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to read and understand technical specifications from a vendor.Ability to analyze vendor feedback and determine root causes and next steps.Industry certification in networking, SQL, AWS/Azure, etc.Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.Customer relationship acumen.Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions.Superior technology and troubleshooting skills.Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.Work Environment:• Willing to work in US shifts• Flexible with shifts and rotation
