Technical Account Manager - Thailand

Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager at Locus, your main responsibility will be to lead the implementation of our logistics solutions for a key retail client in Thailand. You will work closely with the TAM/Customer Success team to ensure the successful deployment of Locus solutions. Your role will involve various tasks such as project planning, on-site deployment, stakeholder collaboration, training and support, quality assurance, communication, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the end-to-end deployment process for our retail client in Thailand. - Develop comprehensive deployment plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Travel across Thailand to oversee software rollout and provide hands-on guidance and support. - Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to coordinate deployment activities. - Conduct training sessions for end-users in English and Thai and address any issues or concerns. - Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability. - Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Thai to convey technical information effectively. - Maintain accurate documentation of deployment processes and provide regular reports to the leadership team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in the retail or supply chain industry. - Strong understanding of the retail industry and supply chain processes. - Excellent communication skills in English and Thai with good interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Thailand. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.,
