Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the

  plastics & polymers segment

  .
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the target market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  on product selection and application.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
• Regular travel within Gujarat and nearby states to meet clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  2–5 years in sales for plastics, polymers, masterbatch, compounding, or industrial minerals.
• Strong knowledge of

  filler applications

  and polymer processing.
• Existing customer network in Gujarat preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation

• On Target Earnings (OTE):

  ₹5.5 LPA
• Incentives are

  uncapped
