Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional experienced in selling to plastics, masterbatch, or compounding companies. The role involves business development, technical sales, and long-term relationship management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the plastics & polymers segment . Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the target market. Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts. Provide technical guidance on product selection and application. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up. Regular travel within Gujarat and nearby states to meet clients. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in sales for plastics, polymers, masterbatch, compounding, or industrial minerals. Strong knowledge of filler applications and polymer processing. Existing customer network in Gujarat preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Compensation On Target Earnings (OTE): ₹5.5 LPA Incentives are uncapped — higher performance = higher earnings. Why Join Us?
