Tech Support/Sales International Voice-US Shift

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems, suggesting the appropriate solutions, and recommending technical support plans and software to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and addressing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing technical problems effectively - Recommending suitable technical support plans to customers - Selling relevant software to customers Qualifications Required: - Experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills Please note that the salary for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) with additional attractive incentives.
