Greetings from Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd! We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives / Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) during US Shift. Roles and Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable solution to the customers. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to enhance customer experience.
