Tech Support(Hindi Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and related hardware/software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, IP configuration, and system performance.
• Guide customers through product setup and operational procedures in Hindi and English.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the internal engineering and field teams to resolve escalated issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals – IP addressing, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, etc.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, etc.) preferred, but training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Candidates with CCNA cerification would have an advantage

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
