Tech Support executive

You will be working as a part of the Inbound Technical Support Process team at Adeeba E Services Pvt. Ltd in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. Your main responsibilities will include: - Speaking with customers from the US via cold calling and resolving their technical issues promptly. - Providing customers with appropriate solutions and offering relevant packages. To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in technical support, particularly with computers, printers, and routers in a BPO environment. - Have prior experience in international BPO for outbound sales, with technical support experience being an added advantage. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in call closing techniques for technical support. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
