Company name: ValueLabs Location: Phoenix Avance Business Hub Level 4, Building #H-6, Siddiq Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 Contact person: Deepika Responsibilities: *Provide first and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data systems, applications, and infrastructure. *Assist in monitoring systems and identifying potential problems. *Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary. *Document issues and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system (JIRA). *Work with databases to pull data for client requests (basic SQL knowledge required). *Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. *Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation. *Participate in on-call rotation as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). *Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries (SELECT statements, basic filtering). *Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server is a plus). *Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Eagerness to learn new technologies.
