Migrating workstations from one domain to other domain using manual and automated
process.
Documenting a service request and change request using ITSM Iris service now tool.
Taking backup of workstations using Acronis backup tool.
Privileged Remote Access (PRA) tools, is use to take access of system .
pc configuration
IRIS portal tool to raise ticket and change request of migration.
