Job Description

You should have a Diploma/BE/MCA in Computer Hardware & Networking, with preferable certifications such as N+, CCNA, or MCSA. With a minimum of 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for practical tasks like Configuration & Troubleshooting of switches, Firewalls, and Access Points. You should also have knowledge of Network Management including Ports, IP addressing, and VLAN Assignments for user Devices along with Hardware & Software installation. Your skills should include English Reading & Comprehending for manuals & datasheets, Computer proficiency in MS Office & basic networking, as well as Mail drafting/communication. Your job profile will involve installing and configuring Network switches, Routers, Firewall Server & Storage, as well as providing Network Troubleshooting & Support. As a Tech Support Engineer, this full-time position based in Surat requires you to have your own vehicle and be willing to travel across the country.,
